NO FE4R basketball training helps players improve their overall skill set by using drills and game like situations to improve game play. NO FE4R differs from other trainers by training the mental side of the game as much as we do the physical side. Throughout our workouts we are constantly pushing you outside of your comfort zone while motivating you to reach the level we think you can make it to rather than the level you are currently at. Sessions with us include ball handling, footwork, body control, shooting, finishing variations, and creating space. Typically, we are going to get between 100-150 game speed/game read makes during each session. NO FE4R basketball training also puts an emphasis on footwork and pace helping players learn how to slow the game down to make reads quicker and more efficiently. Improving change of level, change of direction, and change of pace are how we help you separate yourself from your peers. Session formats and more information are listed below.
One on One Sessions

- Semi-private: 2-4 players max you and 2-4 friends/teammates that you agree on

- Groups based on experience, skill level, age, and ability to keep pace
Team Sessions
- Elite Training for middle school, high school and travel ball teams

Pre-draft/ Off Season Training
Customized elite basketball training program for individual players needs.
We create a training regime to ensure that players perform at their peak when it matters the most. We will work on improving strengths and weaknesses with detailed on court training, and video analysis using synergy.
Strength and Conditioning Training with Vance Performance.
Strength and conditioning training will also include initial measurements in the four fitness components of the Athleticism tests performed during the NBA pre-draft camp and progress will be measured throughout our program to set goals for improvement.
We also have a team of other businesses that include boxing training (for conditioning), yoga, speed training, massage therapy and an athletic trainer.
Options for 3, 4, 5 or 6 days per week.
