NO FE4R basketball training helps players improve their overall skill set by using drills and game like situations to improve game play. NO FE4R differs from other trainers by training the mental side of the game as much as we do the physical side. Throughout our workouts we are constantly pushing you outside of your comfort zone while motivating you to reach the level we think you can make it to rather than the level you are currently at. Sessions with us include ball handling, footwork, body control, shooting, finishing variations, and creating space. Typically, we are going to get between 100-150 game speed/game read makes during each session. NO FE4R basketball training also puts an emphasis on footwork and pace helping players learn how to slow the game down to make reads quicker and more efficiently. Improving change of level, change of direction, and change of pace are how we help you separate yourself from your peers. Session formats and more information are listed below.

One on One Sessions

  • Improve strengths and weaknesses

Semi-Private/Small Group Sessions

  • Semi-private: 2-4 players max you and 2-4 friends/teammates that you agree on
  • Small group: 2-6 players max we create the group of 2-6
  • High energy and allow players to challenge each other
  • Structured to improve skills as an individual and as a teammate
  • Groups based on experience, skill level, age, and ability to keep pace

Team Sessions

  • Elite Training for middle school, high school and travel ball teams
  • Coaches’ needs and requests
  • Uniquely structured towards individual player needs, team systems and concepts

Large Group Sessions

  • High energy workouts
  • Improving fundamentals
  • Drills you can take home and improve on
  • Use of competition to push overall improvement and work ethic
  • Grouped based on experience, skill level, age and ability to keep the pace of the workout

Pre-draft/ Off Season Training

Customized elite basketball training program for individual players needs.

 Strength and conditioning training with Vance Performance.

  • Options for 1 or 2 workouts per day
  • Options for 5 or 6 days per week
  • Options for 2 and 3 meals per day

Camps & Specialty Camps

  • Camps: Overall fundamentals and skill development ball handling, rebounding, scoring moves, footwork, shooting, passing, defense
  • 5 on 5 competition
  • Specialty Camps: Improving on a specific skill Ex- Scoring off the dribble, being a better point guard, shooting, big man moves, vertical
  • 1s, 2s, 3s, & 4s that incorporate the specific skill of the camp
